MultiTos on ab040

I am trying to figure out what I need to do to get long filenames and
sometimes multi-tasking, mainly with the aim of getting a good web
browsing setup, but also because I suspect that a Minix partition might
save the wasted disk space which occurs with small files and large
clusters under TOS.

I find MiNT/NAES/MultiTOS/MiNTNet/Geneva etc a confusing subject... but
have some good references on the web to read to help try and figure out
which of these I want to get into.

Question - does MultiTOS work on AB040?
(I suspect not... but if it does... is the performance acceptable.
Before installing AB040 I gave it a short try and decided it was too
slow to be usable... but perhaps it is particularly improved by the cpu
horsepower of the ab040)

Sorry for keep asking questions.. I'm afraid I'm like that. Always
wanting to do half a dozen new things at once and making very slow
progress on each.
I think the best approach is an incremental one. First get STinG
working, then a Minix partition, then multitasking (I have an
uninstalled copy of Geneva).
