With Doug's Toolkit-driver installed the Falcon will boot twice when
you switch it on, but only once when you reset it.

Yup, you have DMA-trouble. Remove the capacitor, if it still doesn't
work then add the resistor/inductor mod.

The inductor you removed when you installed the Nemesis should be
fine.

Sounds like you haven't installed the Toolkit properly (or not at
all). How much fastRAM do you have, and in what bank have you
installed it? The TK-driver won't work at all without fastRAM.

Don't try to use the Nemesis until everything works fine in 16/32MHz,
it'll just confuse you even more :-)
