You can also take a look at the X11 sources for Linux. It has drivers for
most gfx cards.

Have you tried a ET4000 card with NVDI ET4000 yet?

Also if I find another card I will let you know. Maybe you could set in a
add in a german newsgroup or something. I did that in different swedish
newsgroups and other places where you can sell and buy stuff. I got
several answers and there are Mach64 cards out there, you just have to
find them! I would bet that you can get hold of a cards dozen in germany
if you try.
