In what way does this differ from the Jaguar server and that other joystick

Anyone who has a third party Jaguar development system of some kind is
welcome on the Underground Jaguar devloper mailing list.
(If you don't have a development system you might still get on the list
if you manage to convince the maintainer (currently me).
