Hard disk Drivers

Hi,

Well I've been messing around with hard disk drivers.

My system, Falcon TOS 4.04, AB040 w/Nemesis running at 20MHz, 040 at
40MHz (AB Low). With Videlity at 960 x 720 (2 colors) using the
ScreenBlaster II external clock. 1gig Toshiba IDE all partitions <512 meg,
Microp Tomahawk SCSI-3 (4.5 gig) 3 partitions at 1024 meg, 1 >512 but
<1024, 1 at 512 meg and 1 at 30.5 meg.

Using ToolKit 4.09.

All drivers with flags turned off.
AHDI 6.06u (Used for booting from IDE all the time) (Most reliable)
HDDriver 7.04 (No problems, but not as compatible as AHDI with different
               ToolKit configs)
ICD Pro 6.5.5 (Is not reliable with the Data Cache turned on)

There is a problem with the partitioning function with HDDriver. I
repartitioned my 4.5 gig SCSI-3 (Micropolis Tomahawk AV) and after I
copied files between IDE-SCSI, SCSI-SCSI I ran Edge, HP_OPT, Zorg 2.08,
Correct and all gave disk structure errors. So I had to repartition it
with ICD Pro which when it examined the existing partitions it had to
readjust some sectors. (HDDriver sectors 2-1778006, 1778007-3556011,
3556012-5334016: ICD Sectors 2-1778006, 1778008-3556011, 3556013-5334016)
Also HDDriver calculates size by 976.6meg = 1024 meg (something is wrong
here).

There were no problems with repartitioning the IDE (Toshiba 1gig).
