MagiC again

I know there are some of you out there using MagiC with TK 5.07. I
want to join you but can't get it to work. I can get MagiC to boot
up without TK, though it's not very stable. On the other hand, if
TK runs at all, even to copy the TOS image to RAM, the MagiC boot
program aborts with 2 bombs. Booting continues with whatever else
I have running just fine. All caches are off when MagiC tries to
boot. There are a very small number of TK options. I'm hoping there's
something for me to change but can't find it.

I know this is a repeat request but I haven't gotten much further
than the last time, other than knowing it's something in TK and not
the 040/Nemesis hardware. At least I think...
