ROM-Chip

Hello everybody!

Can anybody tell me the IC-Identification Number of the ROM Chip in
Falcon? Has anybody written his own? Are there EPROMs compatible?
Which IC-ID do they have? ...?

I want to write TOS 4.04 into a ROM/EPROM and must know which Chip I
should buy... I guess the ROM-Chip is the one under the RAM-Card, isnt it.
