Doug promptly answered me (that proves Doug is watching us :). He said it's
not a bug, but a feature ;-)

yep, sure. A Pentium CPU has a 64-bit data bus, so you need two 32-bit
SIMMs.

Yes, I should be - especially because I remember something from University
about butterfly and other algorithms for testing RAM ;-)
