Doug says that ToolKit reserves a part of FastRAM for TOS, superstack and
other things. That part of reserved RAM is not shown in that free ram check.

Please turn on the free ram check in your ToolKit and watch the number of
those '=' bars. Then let me know how many '=' are there for normal 32 MB
SIMM (either 14, 15 or 16).

The question is why the ToolKit's ram check didn't detect the wrong SIMM and
why Linux bootstrap detected 28 MB of valid ram only.
