You have a very old Afterburner, right? When the AB was released a few
years ago I got some info from Overscan, and IIRC it mentioned that
both SIMMs must be identical. Have you tried with just the 32Mb in
bank 1?
I have mixed a 16Mb and a 32Mb in my AB without problems, but perhaps
there are differences between old and newer AB's?

Apparently these jumpers have different functions on different ABs. On
mine is JP1 set (2+3), it wouldn't boot without it regardless to
memory-configuration.
