MPEG3/4

Hi,

I know that this isn't the right place to ask but maybe someone
knows. I wonder how the progress with the MPEG3 decoder goes?

Also, wouldn't it be better to skip MPEG3 and go for MPEG4
directly? It looks like it will take over afte MPEG3 soon,
also MPEG4 or MPEG2-AAC or whatever it's called, is said to
take less CPU power than MPEG3. Sources are available.

Any comments?
