On the subject of the caches - I have been using your ACC recently to turn
the copyback cache on.

It actually works for more programs than I expected... M_PLAYER and
IMAGECOPY... and I think it was working with CAB (offline mode) provided I
didn't turn it on until after CAB loaded.

Anyway - thanks a lot for adding the FAQ and the links to the unpackers.
