Well, maybe it is, maybe it isn't. There were an article about it in the
latest issue of ST Computer. It looked like TOS with some new features and
a new desktop (not Thing).

I did also read that it didn't work very well, atleast not in colour modes.
There wasn't any acceleration for the video card either at this point. It
would be a good idea if they would use fVDI as well.
