I would rather keep the current toolkit, and limit TOS-patching to
graphics-card initialising and removing the code than initialises the
030. This way it should work with 060 as well.

Highly unlikely, the TOS in Milan is adapted to the Milan's hardware
which is radically different to the Falcon.
