Same here! With 7.0 some folders just disappeared (they appeared to
be empty), but when I rebooted they showed up again. After a while
they disappeared again, and any writing to the disk resulted in a
bus-error. Luckily no damage was done.
I switched back to 6.30 after that, but when 7.12 came along I tried
that one, mostly because I've bought a Zip. This version has worked
very well all the time.
Then I tried 7.50, but it gave me all sorts of problems: Nova-VDI
crashed during boot, folders and sometimes entire partitions
disappeared...
