It's easy to believe it when you know what exactly was happening there.
It bombed during second boot (the 'soft' TK boot) while loading TK. And
this happened only with 4 MB of ST-RAM - but it didn't happen when there
was 14 MB RAM.
HDDRIVER is most probably buggy - just try out to increase the caches to
let's say 5000.
