Then it's probably not a DMA-problem, but (as you suggest) interference. I
did the following to my AB/Nemesis:

o Shielded the fly-wires from the Falcon to the AB with foil.
o Shielded the entire underside of the AB.
o Grounded the Nemesis with five thick wires.
o Used shielded wire from the buffer to the DMA.
o Routed wires away from the RAM-card and Videl.
o Fed the MIDI/keyboard ACIAs with a fresh 500KHz clock (problem with
  Nemesis).

SCSI still doesn't work properly in 40MHz, but otherwise the machine is
just as stable as in 32MHz.
