Encrypting and decrypting of mails in a mailing list

Hello,

I know that it is not 100% on topic but perhaps someone can help me.
Is it possible to configure a mailing list server that it uses pgp to
crypt/encrypt mails?

Scenario:

I want to install a mailing list with only 3 members. So they can send
encrypted (with the public key of the mailing list server) mails to the
mailing list. The server decrypts it with its own private key and then
encrypts the mail with the public key of the 3 receivers and sends a
"personalized" mail to every receiver.
