I use the standard XCONTROL.ACC with my CPXs. I know I can't change
resolution with the copyback cache on because the cpx loading crashes.
I hoped it would be just one bad noe... but a quick test trying to open
CPXs with the copyback cache on quickly revealed both HDDRIVER and NVDI
compatibility as apparent culprits so I didn't experiment much further.
Would it help to have a pair of CPX's - one to run at start disabling
copyback.. the other to load last and re-enable it? Then the copyback
might survive a resolution change.
