060: system starting up now

A Falcon friend suggested that I look to see if the system is looking
for a ROM on the cartridge port, or ROM eprom. I decided to try the
Falcon diagnostic cart on the 060 for giggles as it never worked on the
040. Times passes......... I decided that maybe the Wizztronics DEKA is
the problem. I disconnect it, and connect a MSTE keyboard. Boom, the
system begins to start up with the 060 and the diagnostic cart.

Here is where I get to; (if your know how the diagnostic cart works, or
have a copy of the field service manual this might make more sense).

TESTING MFP, GLUE TIMING, VIDEO
CHECKING FPU OK
INITIALIZING PSG OK
I6 CHECKING EXCEPTION HANDLING
RESET IDE (IDE SPINS UP)

T0 MFP TIMER (SYSTEM STOPS/HAULTS AT THIS POINT, NO RED SCREEN).

Again this points to a timing problem as far as I can tell. I did try
using the bus clock stright to the CLKEN on the 060 as well at the 8Mhz
the A/B is using for god knows what, and the inverted bus clock. I will
try to follow through what the manual says to look for, but I know that
there isn't a failure of a part, and that is kind of how the manual
takes you through.
