If you see process 0 and 1 twice then please download and install ps again. There was a bug in kernels between ca. 2020 and July 15th 2025 that hid process 0 and 1 from /proc, ps contained a workaround for this. This bug was fixed July 15th, the current ps archive contains a modified workaround that works with both the buggy and fixed kernels.

A replacement for the old MiNTOS ps, which means that it's a really small and simple program. It differs from the old MiNTOS ps in two ways:

• Process state names are in line with the names used in the current kernel.
• Will display the full path of the command if the parameter -f is used.

Source included. The binary is compiled with PureC and is around 5.5Kb, have not attempted to build with gcc and MiNTlib.
